The Course Directory is under construction at the moment and will include a list of courses which are recommended to support careers and skill development. They are a mix of online and face-to-face training. Some are via the National College or our Health and Safety provider and are free to TCAT employees. Some will be funded by academy training budgets so staff will need to contact their line manager and get approval from their Principal/Headteacher. Apprenticeships are normally funded through Apprenticeship Levy funding, and those wishing to pursue apprenticeships will first need approval from their Principal and TCAT centrally.
