Our mission is to deliver expert CPD at exceptional value, supporting both education and business operations across the wider educational community. By harnessing the collective expertise of our academies, we have built a trust-wide CPD programme. Through a coordinated approach, we identify key development areas, secure high-quality facilitators, and pool resources to maximise impact and efficiency.

Our CPD offerings are tailored to meet the specific needs of schools, ensuring a direct impact in the classroom. Through feedback and evaluation, we continuously strive to make our programs effective and valuable. We have developed comprehensive packages focusing on SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), well-being, literacy, leadership, and much more. These courses are multi-faceted, drawing on the expertise of various professionals, bodies, and trainers. We know that high-quality CPD drives better classroom outcomes, that’s why our training is grounded in the latest research, drawing on trusted sources such as EEF projects.Our CPD is brought to you and also offer in person training at our Warrington-based Professional Development Centre. Sessions are interactive, tech-enabled, and designed to foster collaboration. We also host a wide range of breakfast briefings and conferences to support ongoing professional growth and knowledge sharing.
